And then it's time for the breach, but Vash is in a coma the whole time (and for several days afterward, too).
June:
Technically set pre-breach, Vash has questions for the Admiral
The minute he wakes up from his breach coma, Sokie comes out of nowhere and attacks him
Astarion has graduated to warden! And Vash wants to know how he did it.
Cain is taking orders for the commissary, and Vash wants pizza toast.
Hannah and Vash take a walk to the dining hall
Istradez and Vash meet on the deck and have the fight that they were always going to have.
Then Mikodez and Vash talk about Istra, mostly by not talking about him at all.
Wen Qionglin turns out to be dead, and Vash puts his foot in his mouth.
Father Oscar meets Vash on deck withmilk coffee and cookies, and they talk about their previous meeting. Update: Father Oscar puts into Vash's head the idea that he and Wolfwood loved each other, and he took it about as well as you might think.

Vash breaks a couple ribs in the Enclosure, and Ulla patches him up.
Flood! Testing boundaries with Istradez.
Sometime during the flood, Vash is on the network where he shares the shaggiest shaggy dog story with a new arrival.
Also during the flood, Walter is asking again about wardens letting inmates use their showers and Vash is happy to offer his.
Immediately post-flood (and referencing that Father Oscar thread, because time is just a rate of decay and has no bearing on the sequence of Vash's lived events), Armand kills him. (The death announcement on the network later that morning).
